Contact was founded in the 1970’s by families of disabled children to provide support for families of disabled children. They have a range of practitioner workshops. These workshops have a cost.

Council for Disabled Children (CDC)
The Council for Disabled Children has developed a suite of online training for CDC members and affiliated organisations and services. The courses have been developed to improve knowledge, understanding and practical skills and support in range of key areas that impact children and young people, particularly those who are disabled or with special educational needs. These e-learning courses are free.

Dingley’s Promise
Early Years Inclusion Programme
Free for providers in participating authorities
Their programme is a series of ten courses over five years aimed at empowering early years practitioners to deliver inclusive practices by upskilling them through training and shared information/learning resources.

NASEN is the National Association for Special Educational Needs – a charitable membership organisation that exists to support and champion those working with, and for, children and young people with SEND and learning differences.
NYES – North Yorkshire Education Services
They provide training courses available to a range of professionals who work with children and young people with SEND.

SOS!SEN
Although set up to provide support to families and carers of children and young people with SEND, SOS!SEN has a range of low-cost webinars that can provide useful and accessible information to professionals about a variety of subjects relating to SEND
