Try to have:

  • 5 portions of fruit and vegetables each day
  • high fibre foods like brown bread, brown rice/pasta                       
  • some dairy (milk or milk-based products)
  • some beans, pulses, fish, eggs, meat and other protein
  • plenty to drink
