How the IASS service works
The Coordinators at North Yorkshire Information, Advice and Support Service are friendly and we will always do our best to help.

Here's how it works, step by step...
- Get in touch
If you call our advice line someone will talk to you about your problem. If the line is busy they will call you back or reply to your email as soon as possible.
- Get the info
Coordinators will listen to your questions and try to offer useful advice and information. The staff at the service know a lot about:
- Your rights to support
- What the law is
- What to do if you have problems getting the support you need
Depending on what you need, the Coordinator might offer:
- More help by email
- More help over the phone
- Meet with you face to face
You can tell the Coordinator what would be best for you.
