How we can help you

Here is a short video about the Sendiass Service and how it can help you:

How the IASS service works

The Coordinators at North Yorkshire Information, Advice and Support Service are friendly and we will always do our best to help.

There are lots of different ways you can contact  us:

Online form: Young Person's Contact Form

Phone: 01609 536923

Email : info@sendiassnorthyorks.org

Follow us on Facebook

Here's how it works, step by step...

  1. Get in touch

If you call, email  or send in our contact form  to our advice line someone will  provide you with advice and information about your problem.  They will get back in touch with you as soon as they can but it may take up to 5 working days if we are busy.

If you ring our advice line you may get our answerphone when we are busy,  please leave a message and someone will call you back as soon as they can but this may not be straightaway.

  1. Get the info

Coordinators will  offer useful advice and information. The staff at the service know a lot about:

  • Your rights to support
  • What the law is
  • What to do if you have problems getting the support you need

Depending on what you need, the Coordinator might offer:

  • Help by email
  • Help over the phone
  • A virtual meeting

You can tell the Coordinator what would be best for you.
